8 months old

Eli you are 8 months old today!

Here is what you have been up to this month:

• You are so close to crawling and just want to be on the move. You love to get on your hands and knees and scoot backwards. Sometimes you get frustrated because you haven't figured out how to go forward yet, but I know you will very soon.
  
• You love to roll over from you stomach to you back and then from your back to your stomach.
  
• You started doing this in your crib and so we lowered your mattress last week. You now like to sleep on your stomach.
• You have 6 teeth and have been teething like crazy! You love to bite on your frozen pacis.
• You are babbling all of the time and your favorite things to say are "Dada" and "Gee,"
  
• You love playing peek a boo.
• You love your blankie.
  
• You still love your sippy cups but prefer to drink water out of my big cup :)
  
• You love to go outside and on walks with the dogs.
• You are very ticklish.
• You are always so happy and have the biggest smile I have ever seen.

You are strong and brave and I love you so very much.
