4 months old

Dear Eli,

You are 4 months old! Once again, I am in shock as to how fast you are growing up. I feel like you did a lot of growing up this month. Here is what you have been up to this month:

• You started sleeping in your crib.
  
• You love your excersaucer.
• You love to suck on your hands.
• You are a drooling machine.
• You love to look at ceiling fans and balloons.
• You have noticed the dogs.
• You can hold objects in your hands.
• You are talking a lot.
• You prefer to sit up in my lap or propped up by pillows.
• You love to stand up on our laps.
  
• You still don't love tummy time, but you tolerate it a little better.

Momma went back to work this month and Ms. Brenda watches you two days a week. She always tells us how you are a such a good, sweet baby. You seem to be doing pretty good with the transition, which makes me so happy.

Every day you are more handsome and your smiles and laughs melt my heart.
